Nauryz festival starts with sharing of the special ritual food – Nauryz kozhe. It is made of seven natural plants and symbolizes the start of spring. Nauruyz kozhe is made for the whole night at the eve of the Nauruz Day in a big cauldron. It symbolizes invitation to meals for the whole world.

جشن نوروز با به‌اشتراک‌گذاری خوراک آیینی به نام “نوریز کوژه” آغاز می‌شود. این خوراک از هفت گیاه (طبیعی) تهیه شده است ونمایانگر آغاز بهار است. “نوریز کوژه” در یک پاتیل خیلی بزرگ از شب تا صبح بار گذاشته می‌شود  تا در عصر روز نوروز آماده باشد. ظرف بزرگ حاوی خوراک، حکایت از دعوت جهانیان به صرف غذا دارد.
